The Hive Restorative Wellness Collective has been years in the making.  As the demand for Dr. Erica’s thriving practice in Nocatee continued to grow, it became clear that the community needed a larger space capable of offering more services, education and a true nervous system-based healing experience.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Dr. Erica and Dr. Lorenz Hamburger, The Hive was created from a shared vision to re-imagine what healthcare could look like. This awesome husband/wife team have always dreamt of a place where families could come together to learn, connect, heal and thrive.   The Collective achieves this through comprehensive, personalized care centered around one foundational principle:

With each over 21+ years each of clinical experience, Drs. Erica and Lorenz have helped thousands of patients improve their health/fitness, attain longevity and of course get relief from pain. Along the way, they recognized that many people were receiving fragmented care—visiting one office for Chiropractic, another for Acupuncture, another for Functional Medicine, and still struggling to find lasting answers.  The Hive was created to change that.

What makes The Hive Restorative Wellness Collective different from other wellness centers in the area?

The Hive is a true Nervous system-based practice to help people heal and reset their bodies in a multitude of ways. From high tech HRV and other neurological testing, to functional medicine, advanced digital X-ray diagnostics, The Hive “Brain-reset” den, and a Neuro-integrative Laser, the Hive is set up to give you and your family the best path to resetting overstressed and overstimulated nervous systems. This approach allows true healing to happen and encourages preventative care.

The Hive also sets itself apart in the pain management aspect, in that it offers unique decompression chair therapy, instead of lying down on a bench axial cable-pull method. This is much more comfortable on the back and neck, and easier to get up and going once the therapy is complete.

Another unique offering is the neuro-integrative laser, of which we have two highly researched models. One that offers relief from discogenic pain, muscle, nerve, and joint pain by boosting cellular energy and metabolism. It accomplishes this by optimizing cellular function and performance, while reducing oxidative stress. The other laser helps with symptoms such as neuropathy by improving cellular hydration and cell health integrity, increased circulation and oxygenation. It does this through increasing cognitive and neurological neuroplasticity, for optimized nerve and brain performance and concentration.
